Fika Swedish Kitchen is bringing Scandinavian food and culture to the heart of Manly. The three founders Linda Stanes, Diana Chirilas and Sophie Zetterberg moved to Sydney 6 years ago. Linda has over ten years of experience in the hospitality industry while Diana and Sophie both work with design. Together the trio researched the industry, wrote business and financial plans, tailored the Swedish 'fika' concept for the Australian market and designed the interior. They're constantly working to develop the menu and business further with the hopes of expansion both physically as well as online.
