The year is 2019 and I truly believe we're making a lot of progress in the world at a general human consciousness level. Communities and businesses everywhere are talking about things like Human-Centred Design, Agile, self-managing teams, teal organisations, creative leadership, stoicism, and many other points of conversation that revolve around a shared vision of a more conscious, kind and equitable society. Above all, I believe underlying all of these conversations at an individual's level is the idea of genuine integrity - an alignment between what we think, feel, believe and do - and ergo a harmonious integration between not just our professional and personal lives, but also between our professional, creative, spiritual and everything-in-between selves. Maintaining this integrity fuels me with the strength and compassion to be of greater service to the world. I do this primarily through strategy consulting, executive coaching, and delivering a range of professional development training programs.
