Kaneland Allergy and Asthma Center was founded by Dr. Sakina S. Bajowala in 2011 with the following mission: "To educate and optimize the health of children and adults with allergic and immunologic disease with a combination of thoughtful, compassionate care and a strong commitment to best practices and evidence-based medicine." The practice is based on the "Ideal Medical Practice" model, which leverages technological advances to increase efficiency and reduce unnecessary expenditures, allowing the physician more time to spend with patients and create the close doctor-patient relationships that are the underpinnings of high-quality, personalized medical care.
