FoodOp is a menu planning and tracking platform that enables foodservice companies (e.g., canteens, caterers, hotels and restaurants) to reduce food waste and sustainably improve the quality of their menus. The platform is enriched by data from IoT scales that can track consumption and waste from production, servings and guest plates. This also provides granular insights on guest preferences, which allows foodservice companies to tailor menus to their preferences.
