Peak State Performance’s goal is to revolutionize the strength and conditioning culture in Israel and bridge the gap between sports science, sport specific training, and performance psychology. Besides catering to the athletic population, we will also provide our unique services to the general public to further aid in achieving a healthy lifestyle, whether through a weight loss program, a rehabilitation program for individuals returning from injury / post surgery, and individuals who just wish to improve their mental approach to attain their desired results.
