We have learnt how to get the most from our reach of around 150k cyclists p.m and with plenty of our bike posts getting interactions in their hundreds, thousands and occasionally tens of thousands... We then help our customers around the country (and Europe) get the bike that they want... We work differently employ skills and techniques from other industries to try and give the customer the best experience possible. Has it worked?
