We believe that VCs’ world in the future will be primarily focused on the purchase of equity shares through security tokens which represent administrative and ownership rights directly over the company. We aim to be the leading player in the management of such tokens because of the experience we will gain over the years. Most of the problems in the VC market that we have identified are related to the difficulties of divesting all or part of the non-performing assets. The VC world is full of non-performing companies and monitoring these assets is time-consuming and expensive. Our model aims to reduce the time invested in monitoring non-performing assets to focus more on the best performers. This is achieved through a set of three key variables: - Smart Money: we only invest in what we know and can support; - Self-reporting: we use automated reporting systems to optimise the time we spend in biz dev of target companies; - Cross-asset Strategy: we allocate capital both in easily tradable assets such as crypto assets and in less liquid assets, i.e. companies.
