We propose 2 online tools: - a unique assessment, the Competency Calculator, to evaluate and reveal the competencies - interactive programs to develop these competencies through individual and group work Our method is based on research and the most innovative educational models worldwide (videos, quizzes, real-life activities, design thinking...) while putting the student at the center!
