Bearing´s model is focused to long term leasing contracts under irrigation systems in Uruguay and in Paraguay. The farms that we pursue have underused water resources such as reservoirs or rivers in Uruguay. Bearing Agro focus on the optimal use of these resources to achieve higher productivity. Farms with this undervalued potential are leased under long term reasonable sharecropping contracts. The improvements maximize the production and the returns. Generate a higher a more predictable annual income reducing drought risks and achieving higher yields than the regular yields of that land.
