The Fruit and Vegetable Dispute Resolution Corporation (DRC) is a membership-based organization serving the produce trade. DRC provides harmonized standards, procedures, and services for members to help them avoid commercial disputes. When differences of opinion occur, DRC provides consultation, mediation, and arbitration services to resolve the issue in a timely and cost-effective manner. Who can join? • Growers, shippers, wholesalers, retailers, foodservice distributors, and brokers who handle fresh fruits and vegetables. • Carriers, transportation intermediaries, and freight contractors who are engaged in the transportation of fresh fruits and vegetables.
