Candlelit is a virtual-first, integrated maternal mental healthcare service to simplify access to data-driven emotional support for underserved, low-income parents dealing with stress, depression or anxiety while trying to conceive, currently pregnant and recovering from birth. We remove barriers to mental health support by offering at-home, same-day sessions while helping birth workers proactively screen and prevent life-threatening mental health complications in a more culturally-affirming way. Each parent receives a dedicated coach to establish a set of goals focused on understanding the parent's mental health and wellness goals.
