The architectural practice Michael Carr Architect Pty. Ltd. was established in November 2006. We have a wide range of clients and enjoy a wide variety of projects, generally in the commercial, industrial, retail and multi-unit residential sectors, with selected residential and educational projects. We enjoy the challenge of unique projects. We offer our clients a full range of architectural services ranging from the preliminary design and town planning applications, the construction documentation, services coordination and contract administration to project completion. The services we provide range from complete new developments to small and urgent projects. We also have completed national roll-out projects, 3D visualisations, concept designs, ESD and other unusual jobs that our clients have requested. We consider ourselves to be a small practice where our clients can be in contact with our directors and know they will get prompt service and help in a crisis!
