Feedbayk is a mobile app to get feedback about Cars from verified Car Owners through Chat. Problem Feedbayk solves: 1) Online Car reviews are not trustworthy & we get more confused after reading online reviews 2) Every one of us who owns a Car do like sharing feedback about our Car with others but majority of us don’t write online reviews Why only Cars: We have started with Cars as a category because Cars is the second expensive purchase after a house & everybody spends a lot of time doing research before purchasing a Car. Also verifying the Car owners providing feedback is easy with their Car registration number. We will expand to other categories soon. How did we get the idea: We had earlier launched, Schoolhunt.in. It was an online review website for Schools (Yelp for schools in India). While working on Schoolhunt we gained 2 important insights: 1) Parent’s didn’t wanted to write Online reviews but were more comfortable to share the feedback in an one-to-one interaction 2) On the other hand Parent’s who were planning to enroll there kid in school didn’t trust Online Reviews & wanted to take direct feedback from other Parents. Based on the above insights & further research, we understood that the same is applicable to any product. Hence we created Feedbayk, where buyers & product owners can have one-to-one interaction with each other to exchange product feedback through chat.
