ControlCutter AS is a privately owned, Norwegian company formed to develop and commercialize a unique technology for rapidly cutting resistant metals. The patented technology comprises a self-contained system that generates immediate hydraulic power to knives composed of a proprietary alloy. The company was established in 2010 with facilities in Stavanger and Canada. Our management team has more than 20 years of experience from the oil and gas industry. The key aim of the company is to reduce costs for decommissioning by increasing efficiency during cutting of conductors and casings, anchor chains, flexible risers, umbilicals and any other subsea products.
