Located in Columbus, Ohio, MCCN has facilitated the graduation of nursing students for more than a century to better serve the community. In the spirit of the Catholic tradition, MCCN welcomes a diverse population of students from all faiths, to prepare them academically and professionally as competent and compassionate nurse leaders, who are lifelong learners, and who possess the moral courage to continuously promote the health of individuals and communities. Today, MCCN is among the largest nursing programs in Ohio, offering both undergraduate and graduate degrees, including the online Doctor of Nursing Practice degree (DNP), the RN-BSN Online Completion Program and the Second Degree Accelerated Program (S-DAP). By emphasizing diversity, small class size, personal attention, and Judeo-Christian values, the College attracts many of the country's finest nursing students and achieves exceptional student retention and graduation rates. MCCN has continued to strive to be an innovative academic center in preparing nurses as the most trusted partners in health care. MCCN is accredited by The Higher Learning Commission (HLC), which is one of six regional accreditors approved by the US Department of Education. In addition, MCCN’s baccalaureate, master’s and Doctor of Nursing Practice programs are accredited by The Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE).
