Using sharks as icons, SASC works to promote the conservation and sustainable use of vulnerable marine species and spaces. Our research is ethics-driven, meaning we have the best interests of people, species and habitats in mind. We focus on up-skilling early career scientists and conservationists through training and skills development, and work with a broad range of international partners to change the face of ocean conservation.
