GTS is on a journey to become a truly learning-centred school which strives to nurture the individual talents of all its learners. We will endeavour to deliver a personalised provision that challenges all our learners, which they will co-construct with talented staff. We will develop a range of personal and learning skills that will enable them to think independently and enjoy their learning journey throughout their school career and beyond. We will be a family of healthy, happy learners ‘where error is welcomed as a learning opportunity’ and where everyone ‘can feel safe to learn, re-learn, and explore knowledge and understanding’*. GTS will be at the heart of the local community, helping to meet the diverse needs of our learners with the support of all our stakeholders, especially our parents.
