We are Middle Market consultants with a strong focus on companies with $10M+ in revenue and EBITDA of $2M+. We provide consulting, help secure equity and debt financing, provide M&A support, and help form strategic partnerships. We have access to PE firms, Hedge Funds, Banks, and Family Offices. I have 10+ years of experience, have helped many companies with Mergers and Acquisitions, and secured millions in financing for clients. We are industry agnostic and welcome new partnerships and connections. We also act as an independent sponsor and look to acquire companies in the healthcare space, niche manufacturing, distribution, financial services, business services, and cannabis.
