Study Association Arago is an association for students of Technische Natuurkunde and Applied Physics at the University of Twente. S.V. Arago acts on the interests of its members by being the first point of contact in numerous ways. S.V. Arago is actively involved in the Control of the Educational Quality at the University of Twente and acts as a source of information when students encounter problems with their education. S.V. Arago also frequently organizes career-related activities with the goal of giving a correct perspective of the career-opportunities of physicists. There are also activities related to professional development such as LinkedIn training sessions, and how to find the job that suits you the best. This makes Arago the way for companies to get into contact with students of Applied Physics. S.V. Arago is known for its open and informal culture. In our break area the students can relax from studying before continuing in our adjoining study area. In the study area students help each other with their technical problems and often come to a better understanding by explaining the subject matter to each other.
