P.O.I.N.T. (croatian acronym for “Promoting education, informing, journalism and technologies”) Association is established on 3rd of September 2004 in the city of Križevci, Croatia, as a non-governmental organization. One of the main goals was to enable its members public expression and transparent work in the fields of journalism and informing, to promote education and new technologies among the youth of Križevci, as well as other fields of human engagement (like culture, art, sports, etc.). Not less important goal is continuous work on promoting informatics and building competence of citizens of Križevci in applying new technologies (like Internet, open-source solutions, wireless communication, etc.).
