APC Building Services is a principal contractor who specialise in public sector regeneration and redevelopment. The company was established in 2004, with a vision to provide a specialist service within the construction industry. APC Building Services is managed by its two managing directors, who together play an active role in the day to day running of the business and meeting their clients’ needs, Chris Mullins and Ozzie Bayram. The business initially started by undertaking small refurbishments and extensions to residential properties. We have since progressed into a principal contractor, working within all sectors of the building industry, including education, public housing, private housing, retail and commercial developments. Our clients consist of housing associations, local authorities, private housebuilders and private developers. Our experience includes managing projects from residential new builds to commercial fit-outs throughout the UK. We ensure that meeting our client’s needs and expectations are prioritised above all. Our projects are completed within the agreed timescales and budgets, and we ensure that a high quality of service is delivered throughout all stages of the project.
