Safety Watch Australia (SWA) was established in 2006 by Graeme Hill and wife Kelly. With a background in firefighting Graeme identified a need for the provision of smoke alarms and safety switch services particularly in the rental market to ensure property owners and tenants were safeguarded against the devastation of housefires. Safety Watch has grown to a national risk management provider offering an extensive range of compliance and preventative maintenance services to property managers, landlords, real estate sales agents, building managers and homeowners. Our goal is to take the stress out of compliance obligations providing peace of mind that properties are safe and risk is mitigated.
