Experience Films produces an annual film festival for the unique abstract and experimental, short format, filmmaker. The event is offered to showcase film makers with a passion and an expertise for the experimental genre. The aim of experimental filmmaking is to render the personal vision of an artist, or to promote interest in new technology. Our goal is to present short films characterized by the absence of linear narrative, the use of various abstracting techniques—out-of-focus, painting or scratching on film, rapid editing—the use of asynchronous (non-diegetic) sound or even the absence of any sound track.
