GoodWork is a non-profit supporting businesses to take bold, progressive and decisive action to make early careers fairer, more inclusive and more meaningful. Through our transformative Early Careers Programme, we match young people in need of opportunity with businesses looking to access brilliant, diverse entry-level talent. We provide comprehensive training and support to both interns and placement providers in order to maximise the placement’s chance of success. The outcome is lasting change for both the young people and organisations we work with.
