Mr. Schofield has been the principal of his own firm since 1999. Mr. Schofield has successfully prosecuted claims against municipalities, the federal government, local government and private and other public entities. Mr. Schofield addresses a broad spectrum of civil rights claims from police misconduct, employment discrimination, housing discrimination, disability rights and educational rights. Mr. Schofield also handles the processing of Charges of Discrimination through the EEOC, FCHR, the various local FEPA agencies and appeals before the Agency for Workforce Innovation. Mr. Schofield has been retained to consult on or litigate matters involving employment contracts, non-compete agreements, non-solicitation agreements and collective bargaining agreements.
