FLOW is a registered charity (SC050666) which helps anyone affected by war and other trauma. The Patron of FLOW for ALL was the lovely Dame Vera Lynn who very kindly supported us since 2008. We are blessed to have known and loved her. Anyone can send their poems and stories to FLOW where they will be checked and placed on our websites for all to read and enjoy. This process is extremely therapeutic for the writer and lets others realise that like-minded people exist with similar feelings and emotions.
