RomAltruista ("Altruistic Rome") is a no-profit organization founded in 2011 to introduce in Rome the concept of flexible volunteering. RomAltruista works to make flexible volunteering possible in Rome: -We work with non-profits, associations and third sector organizations who are looking for volunteers for their activities; -We insert and update volunteer opportunities in the web site database, where volunteers can search for them based on time, place and type. -We build and support corporate volunteering programs for companies that decide to invest in Corporate Social Responsibility. -We help citizens to feel part of a positive change for their city.
