BridgeYear seeks to accomplish our mission of connecting underserved students to high-demand, high-growth careers and educational opportunities by providing two key opportunities: our Career Test DriveⓇ (CTD) experience and ongoing postsecondary advising. We host our CTD fairs at middle and high schools to expose youth to career pathways that do not require a 4-year degree. After these CTD fairs, students can then sign up for personalized BridgeYear Advising to give them the support they need to follow through on their career pursuits.
