Price Building Services is a mechanical services company that was established over 30 years ago and has a long and successful record of trading within the construction industry. Our core business is self-delivered pipe-work, public health and insulation installations. In addition, we carry out Mechanical packages, subcontracting; Ventilation, Fire Protection, BMS & Water Treatment / Commissioning We also carry out smaller Mechanical and Electrical combined packages, maintenance packages, and we have a significant portfolio of clients in the Facilities Management and Property Management sectors. The company is privately owned and financed and owns the freehold to its Head Office and Fabrication Facility in Croydon, Surrey. Currently we directly employ over 100 operatives and 30 management staff. In addition, we have a number of regular and specialist sub-contract staff, bringing our current workforce to well over 200 people. We maintain a comprehensive training matrix on all our staff, ensuring the best standards in Health & Safety and competency are maintained. With directors who are personally responsible for Project Management, and a fully experienced and motivated management team, we are well placed to continue to excel over the coming years.
