Today, 80% of the total amount of trash currently in the ocean was carried by the rivers. These rubbish, plastics, plants or fishing waste kill 1.500.000 animals every year, but are also a danger for the Human Being at the end of the food chain. We are convinced that the aquatic ecosystem needs to be protected and that this mission must follow a sustainable economic logic. We are deploying a network of machines able to intercept floating rubbish in the lakes, canals and rivers before they reach ocean. These machines are autonomous and can collect 54m3 of rubbish per year. This is the equivalent of 225 domestic trash container per year, per machine. It is by working beside city halls and harbours on improving their attractivity, the easing of the rubbish collection and the frequency of cleaning that we will be able to fight against this global pollution issue. Our first machine is deployed at the Bassin de la Villette, Paris, and has already started its work. Our mission is global, but we need you to act more efficiently.
