As a consultant, I’ve implemented this methodology in companies such as Adecco, Amazon, CaixaBank, Spring Professional, Majorel (Arvato), L'Oreal, Primark or Sanofi, increasing the number of applicants and their suitability to the position and reducing the duration of the selection processes. I’ve done more than 80 conferences about Inbound Recruiting and Employer Branding in Spain, Peru, Ecuador, the United States and Colombia and I’ve trained more than 5000 companies and HR professionals on how to be more effective attracting and hiring the best talent and how to engage their employees.
