The Harvest Center of Charlotte exists in order to serve those who are suffering from situational homelessness, poverty, and unemployment. Our Passport Transformation Program is a unique Christ-centered plan that focuses on the whole person and addresses the individual needs of our participants. Utilizing the 8 dimensions of wellness (emotional, environmental, intellectual, occupational, physical, spiritual, and social), our hope is to assist our clientele with reintegration into society, from dependency mode to becoming productive citizens. Mission Our mission is to create a community where individuals affected by homelessness, poverty or unemployment are empowered through our transitional programs and transformed by the love and ministry of Jesus Christ.
