I’m passionate about supporting professionals who are stuck, and helping them move forward from where they currently are. I know the "stickiness"… all the reasons that make us stick with the current situation, that may not be serving what we really want from our lives. The stickiness is to not to leave our employer or profession, or stay at the same level of frustration, all the reasons for why it’s acceptable to live an “ok” life… the comfort of having that salary, status, employment benefits – versus our true happiness and calling, the lies we tell ourselves to get through the day, or the shutting it out… and perhaps some really unhealthy habits to mask the unhappiness too. That's why I'm here. I've been there, and now I coach others to get out of the career "funk" and start doing something that will make you 85 year old self proud!
