The Northwest Ohio Human Resource Association (NOHRA) is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to serving and advancing the human resource profession. NOHRA is a local affiliate of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). We are a dynamic, growing chapter that has received SHRM's Superior Merit Award for outstanding chapter achievement. We are governed by a constitution that is available for your review. The purpose of the Northwest Ohio Human Resource Association (NOHRA) is to promote the enlightened practice of the Human Resources discipline, to enhance the professional and personal development of individuals engaged in the practice of human resources, and to provide occasions for the interchange of ideas and information among those who are members of the organization.
