Action-Oriented Pursues transformational change in specific, inspired steps that lead to fundamental shifts in attitude, behaviour and habit formation. ___________ ABOUT ME I am a professional career coach, based in the Lausanne region, supporting people looking at a career transition, wanting to reengineer their career or seeking positive career development. Having worked for 10 years in higher education, I have supported over 500 people across more than 60 nationalities in their career transition and development. I have been exposed to a wide range of functions and, as a result, have experience spanning a multitude of areas including marketing, communications, business development, project management and IT. I have worked in the FMCG, sport, digital and education industries. I have either directly worked in or worked with a wide range of different types of organisations in size from start-ups to multinationals, and from for-profit to non-profit organisations. My diverse experience allows me to quickly understand and support people in their careers and I use a variety of tools and techniques to achieve this. I also have experience in preparing and delivering workshops and lectures.
