A confidential group of business owners who have formed an Advisory Board of up to 15 members who meet once per month for four hours, to review the performance of their own business and assist others to develop theirs. It is only for small businesses and restricted to the owners of the business only. Included with the bob membership is: • A yearly market appraisal to establish the value of the business • The monthly meetings • A monthly meeting with Board Chair for one to one coaching • Guest expert speakers at each meeting • A structured process to create and deliver a strategic plan • A structured process to develop a business dashboard • Tools and processes for working on others businesses Monthly Business Owners Board Meetings provide a ‘helping hand’ and a confidential forum for you to connect with other progressive business owners who want to grow their business and free up their time. Through chaired and facilitated sessions with expert guest speakers, you will develop business building principals, techniques and ideas. You will be encouraged to learn and apply those ideas in your business and report back to your Business Owner Board monthly. We bring in expert speakers and experienced successful business operators to address and challenge the board. All of this in a monthly board meeting of non-competing businesses and backed up by one on one coaching. Our aspirational vision is FOUR – iTHREE – THIRTY Our goal is to have four groups in four states and grow the value or turnover of the members businesses by a minimum of thirty per cent over three years incorporating at least three innovative delivery methods.
