The Lurnist Show on Phoenix Business RadioX is broadcast live the fourth Tuesday of every month. Our founder, Debra Hildebrand has a passion for helping young women start or become interested in a STEM career, so she started the Lurnist Show to create a space for conversations around starting and excelling in an Agile career as a woman. Our goal is to highlight women working in all spaces of Agile, creating role models for high school and college females who are thinking of a career in STEM. A major part of this new initiative is to hire, mentor and train young women interns so that they can gain real world experience in the Agile environment and also get exposure to professionals working in the industry.
