OnPoint was launched In 2011 when Jay Benedetti and Sian Toal joined their personal training businesses in London to create a more comprehensive service, offering one to one training, nutrition and lifestyle coaching. After successfully helping hundreds of clients at a top private fitness studio in London, they eventually started their own, and with that came the launch of OnPoint Training in Shoreditch. Jay and Sian got married in December 2014 and decided to relocate their business and life to Hertford in Hertfordshire to start a family. Since the re-launch of OnPoint in April 2015, over 300 people have trained at with Jay and Sian via one to one personal training and their unique Team Training classes. OnPoint also host luxury fitness retreats that take place every year in Cyprus and Ibiza. 2016 brought a new addition to their family when Sian gave birth to their baby girl Sophia in August and in January 2017 they also welcomed a new member to the OnPoint fitness team in Michelle.
