The Croydon GP Collaborative (CGPC) is a recently formed, forward thinking and passionate independent healthcare provider created by 55 Croydon GP Practices covering approximately 390,000 patients. The Croydon GP Collaborative is a Private Limited Company that was formed in response to the growing need to change and work collaboratively within General Practice. We aim to become a positive force that can transform the way care is provided to the local population. The services we provide are commissioning by NHS Croydon Clinical Commissioning Group and Public Health.
