The most modern Roller Compacted Concrete system in Viet Nam, which cost 230 billion dongs, was also equipped for constructing 1.6 million m³ of Dam concrete. 2010: Inaugurated LICOGI 16 Building, where the head quarter located. Began construction of LICOGI Vocational College in Nghi Son Ecomomic area, which would train 9.000 students/ a year, its area was 8ha. Purchased 80% capital of No.12 Trading - Construction Co.ltd to invest in construction and trade Hiep Thanh residential area and another projects. Purchased 100% capital of Sieu Thanh Co.ltd to invest in construction and trade Nam An Departments and another projects. 2018: 15/03/2018. Asphalt Enterpise - Branch of LICOGI 16 JSC was established. 09/04/2018, Licogi 16 Invesment Renewable Energy JSC was established. 16/04/2018, Project Board of Can Tho Water Plant was established. 29/06/2018, Project Board of Ha Noi - Lang Son Expressway, distance Border gate of Huu Nghi - Chi Lảng, was established/ 23/07/2018, the Board of Directors decided to buy 80% of shares of Licons Vietnam JSC. 17/10/2018, LICOGI 16 Building Materials Production and Trading Enterprise – Branch of LICOGI 16 JSC was established in Lang Son Province. 01/11/2018, LICOGI 16 Land JSC was established. 23/11/2018, Company Restructuring Committee was established.
