Small Business Innovation Research Consortium (SBIRC) is a member driven organization with the mission to increase the level of small business doing innovative research in States that have historically underperformed in carrying out federally funded research and development. Innovative research is at the heart of communities that see long term sustainable economic growth. The goal of SBIRC is to improve the innovation ecosystem by outreach and advocacy for public policies that will increase the level of innovation in underperforming regions of the country.
