The Sport Innovation Research Group, led by Professor Emma Sherry and Associate Professor Adam Karg, was established in 2019 and is part of the Swinburne School of Business, Law and Entrepreneurship. Our mission is to integrate research, learning and engagement and contribute to social and business innovation in the sport, leisure and active recreation industries by producing high-quality, industry-shaping research. We have an experienced team of research consultants and a network of associates at leading European, Asian, and American universities ready to provide highly industry-engaged research within the domain of sport business and the broader sport, leisure and active recreation industries globally.
