Mission: ULAB Sustainable Development Club (USDC) is unique in its diverse interests to develop creative, balanced, achievable solutions to the physical and social challenges facing society. We see the interconnected nature of the ‘sustainability challenge’ as central to our work; we attempt—through our projects, seminars, field trips, and ongoing working groups—to better understand the connections between environment, economic prosperity, and social justice. Vision: Our vision serves as the framework for our Roadmap and guides every aspect of our mission by describing what we need to accomplish in order to continue the progress – • Be a responsible citizen that makes a difference by helping build and support sustainable communities • Educate students about the importance of sustainable development for society as well as a nation. • Be a highly effective, lean and fast-moving awareness club in ULAB.
