Patient Engagement Solutions MOS improves patient experience, satisfaction and retention through our Patient Communications Gateway (PCG). PCG manages bi-directional patient engagement across many different channels and practice management systems. Data Solutions MOS also works to archive, migrate, interface and extract data from PM & EMR systems. We bring speed, reliability constancy and value to the data conversion process. Our clients have had tremendous success reducing no-show appointments utilizing a systematic approach to patient reminder communications. Clients also see a significant increase in patients willing to use the practice's patient portal, also based on better patient communications.
