The Swiss Association of Insurance and Risk Managers (SIRM) was founded on October 4, 1973 in Berne. Today, the SIRM counts among its members more than 70 leading Swiss companies from the areas of industry, trade and services. The goal and purpose of SIRM is to improve the knowledge of its members and to provide the opportunity to exchange experiences in all areas of the insurance and risk management business. It also promotes the study and investigation of this field in general and makes all results and findings available to its members. Contacts are also developed with representatives of insurance companies, brokers and authorities while members of internal groups can exchange knowledge and opinions.
