Apo is a new residential management company that sources and operates homes for rent at scale on behalf of leading institutional investors from across the World. Apo was formed in 2020 by two major players in the property market, EcoWorld International and Willmott Dixon Group. We’re starting in London but plan to expand to other major UK and international cities as we grow.
