The purpose of the Oregon Head Start Association is- To facilitate the sharing of information, ideas, philosophies, skills, and techniques among the members of the Association. To identify and act on common issues. To act in a unified manner to advocate for member programs and young children and their families in Oregon. To provide linkages with other organizations and individuals who share concerns for the well-being of young children and their families, and To promote comprehensive child development services.
