Generally we act as the financial advisor for sell-side or buy-side in M&A investment and/or fund raising deals. We also involve in co-invest activities for high-quality deasl, meanwhile, we assist listcos and funds to set up private equity funds. We focus on healthcare and consumer industry, and TMT sector related to these two industries. Meanwhile, we also execute deals in other industries, such as manufacturing, environment protection, etc. Domestic (mainland China) market is our primary focus , but we also run oversea projects, such as Medical & Beauty/Cosmetics/Media related deals in South Korea market. Our Italian office can provide service to cross-border transaction deals. Our team members come from investment banks, audit firms, and industries. They have broad buy-side resources and understand the invesment preference of different investment institutions. Besides, our advisors from industries, law firms and private equity funds help the execution team to better serve the clients.
