Julie Quinn, past Dean of Studies at St Josephs’ College Gregory Terrace founded Creating Students to deliver her methodologies, processes, plans and tools to any student from Year 7 to Year 12, through her “Army” of Creating Students Academic Mentors, successful students each skilled in her teaching methodologies and processes. Each Academic Mentor has been selected on two key criteria: Academic outperformance (in a full range of subjects) AND Communication, Empathy and Emotional Intelligence skills to enable our Academic Mentors to build and sustain successful relationships with students. Our Academic Mentors shall follow a clear documented journey and plan, developed and successfully proven by Julie over many years, giving the student clear structure, clarity and expectations throughout the process.
