www.thenetworking.co.ukPurpose To create a group of approx 20-30 business owners who • help each other find new business • provide services to each other • offer business advice & support to each other Meetings • Fortnightly – on Thursdays 08:00-09:30 • Online using Zoom • Includes Introductions, Testimonials & Thank Yous, Member Presentation, 1-1 break out chats Obligations of Members • Attend a minimum of 20 meetings (out of 26) p.a. • Encouraged to find referrals for other members • Encouraged to help other members with advice and support when needed • Encouraged to have 1-1s with other members away from the meeting • Invite possible new members – however it is important we are looking for quality over quantity. and a maximum of one business per profession • Provide a good service to members and their referrals – bad service will be followed up • Pay monthly (£20pcm) or annual fees (£200 p.a.) Referrals • Unlike some other groups, we will not be passing referrals during the meeting or keeping a direct track on them. However, actual business passed within the group will be recorded. • Again it is about quality rather than quantity. We’re not interested in cold or unsuitable leads. • If a member is not passing a referral, testimonial or thank you every week it is not a problem if they are generally active.
